HYDERABAD: Seventy years after its purchase, one of Hyderabad's most expensive royal properties, Mount Pleasant, located in the affluent Banjara Hills area, is now embroiled in a fierce ownership dispute.
The two main contenders are the Sultan ul-Uloom Education Society (SUES), which has operated a series of institutions from the property for the past 44 years, and businessman S.V. Naga Raja Reddy, who claims that a significant portion of the land is "no man's land," with six acres belonging to him.
